Lead Generation

Get more of the right leads, not just more leads.

A full inbox means nothing if nobody in it is ready to buy. I build lead generation systems for B2B and service brands that bring in enquiries your sales team actually wants to call.

From the ad to the landing page, the form and the follow-up, I design the whole path so every step filters and warms the lead before it reaches sales.

Full-funnel thinkingAd, page, form and follow-up are planned as one connected path.
Lead quality firstTargeting and messaging are built to attract serious buyers, not curiosity clicks.
Built for sales teamsLeads arrive organised, tracked and ready for a proper conversation.
The problem

Why lead generation so often disappoints.

The leads arrive. The sales do not. Here is usually why.

01

Plenty of leads, few sales

The cost per lead looks fine on the report, but most enquiries are not a fit and the sales team stops trusting them.

02

Targeting is too broad

Reaching everyone means reaching mostly the wrong people. The right buyer never feels the message was meant for them.

03

Ad, page and offer do not match

The promise in the ad is not repeated on the page, so interested people hesitate and drop off.

04

Follow-up is too slow

A lead that waits a day for a reply has often already spoken to someone else. Speed decides a lot.

05

Tracking stops at the form

If you only measure cost per lead, you cannot see which campaigns bring in paying customers.

06

Marketing and sales are not aligned

Without feedback from sales, campaigns keep optimising for the wrong thing: more form fills.

My approach

Volume looks good in a report. Quality shows up in revenue.

Two ways to run lead generation, and why I choose the second.

Chasing volume

  • Success is measured by the number of form fills
  • Broad audiences and generic messaging
  • Long forms, or none at all, and no filtering
  • Sales spends time on enquiries that were never going to buy

Building for quality

  • Success is measured by qualified conversations and sales
  • Clear audience, clear offer, clear promise
  • Page and form pre-qualify before anyone submits
  • Sales gets organised leads and feeds results back into the campaign
The system

How I build your lead generation engine.

Four stages that take you from a vague audience to a steady flow of enquiries worth following up.

01

Understand buyer & offer

We define who you want, what problem you solve for them and why they should choose you, before any money goes into ads.

02

Build the funnel

Ads, landing page and form are designed together so the message stays consistent from the first click to the submit button.

03

Capture & follow up

Leads are tracked, routed into your CRM and followed up quickly, so interest does not go cold waiting for a reply.

04

Measure & refine

Sales feedback and lead quality data guide what we change, so the system gets sharper every month, not just bigger.

What’s included

What goes into a lead generation setup.

Everything needed to attract, capture and follow up on the right enquiries.

A

Audience & offer positioning

Sharp messaging for the buyers you actually want, so the right people recognise themselves in your offer.

B

Paid campaigns

Campaign setup and management on Meta and Google, built around lead quality instead of cheap clicks.

C

Landing pages & forms

Conversion-focused pages and short, smart forms that qualify visitors as they enquire.

D

B2B & distributor outreach

Structured outreach to build dealer and distributor networks, based on my own experience growing one across India.

E

CRM & lead routing

Leads land in one place, tagged and assigned, so nothing is missed and follow-up starts straight away.

F

Reporting that tracks quality

Simple reports that go beyond cost per lead and show which campaigns bring serious buyers.

Who it’s for

Built for brands that need better enquiries.

01

B2B brands & manufacturers

Companies looking for distributors, dealers or bulk buyers and tired of leads that go nowhere.

02

Service businesses

Firms and academies that win clients through enquiries and calls, and need more of the serious ones.

03

Brands entering new markets

Businesses expanding into new cities or regions who need a repeatable way to find their first customers there.

FAQs

Common questions about lead generation.

What counts as a qualified lead?

It is an enquiry from someone who fits your target customer, has a real need and can realistically buy. We agree on this definition together at the start, so campaigns are judged against it instead of against raw form fills.

How is this different from just running ads?

Ads only bring attention. Lead generation also covers the offer, the landing page, the form, the CRM and the follow-up. If any of those is weak, good ads still produce poor results.

Which channels do you use?

That depends on your audience. Commonly it is Meta and Google campaigns, landing pages, and direct outreach for B2B and distributor networks. We choose the mix after understanding who you want to reach.

How long before leads start coming in?

Campaigns can start producing enquiries within the first couple of weeks, but it usually takes a few cycles of testing and feedback before the quality settles. The exact timeline depends on your market and budget.

Will you work with my sales team and CRM?

Yes. Sales feedback is part of how the system improves, and I can connect your forms and campaigns to your CRM so leads are routed and tracked properly. See my CRM & APIs Integration page for more.
